We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy property management professional to oversee a diverse portfolio of industrial, retail, and office properties. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, optimizing operations, and building strong tenant relationships while keeping an eye on financial performance.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead the charge in managing daily operations for a variety of commercial properties, ensuring everything runs smoothly and tenants receive top-notch service.
• Drive financial success by preparing and managing budgets, handling CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations, and maximizing property revenue.
• Be a lease expert - negotiate renewals, ensure compliance, and seek out opportunities for growth.
• Build lasting tenant relationships by addressing concerns, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring all lease obligations are met.
• Oversee property maintenance and vendors to keep buildings in top condition and fully compliant with safety regulations.
• Leverage technology to streamline reporting, maintenance tracking, and lease management.
• Stay ahead of the market—analyze trends and offer insights to optimize leasing strategies and property operations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations to protect assets and mitigate risk.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience managing commercial properties (industrial, retail, or office).
• Financial expertise - budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting are second nature to you.
• Lease negotiation pro with a strong understanding of lease administration and tenant relations.
• Tech-savvy - experience with property management software like Yardi, MRI, AppFolio, or similar.
• Excellent communicator & problem-solver - you know how to balance tenant needs with business goals.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple properties with ease.
• Knowledge of local real estate laws & regulations to keep everything above board.
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field is a plus (but not required).
